What You’ll Do

As a Draftsperson in our Developments Team, you will - 

  • Create compliant design sketches in line with site constraints, zoning, and planning requirements
  • Prepare town planning documentation and detailed working drawings for construction
  • Document internal elevations, including all wet areas and client upgrades
  • Conduct quality checks and correct drawing errors to maintain high standards
  • Coordinate documentation for building permits
  • Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to resolve design and construction queries
  • Manage multiple deadlines and deliver work accurately and on time

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of residential construction, NCC, and the Victorian Planning Scheme
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD (RevIT experience a bonus)
  • Ability to interpret architectural, engineering, and site documentation
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
