What You’ll Do

• Prepare contract and prestart drawings, including variations, for knockdown rebuild projects
• Ensure all documentation meets construction and statutory requirements
• Provide technical advice across departments and support site teams
• Review and check drawings for accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with engineers, energy assessors, and surveyors to ensure compatibility and regulatory alignment
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Cert IV in Residential Drafting (or equivalent)
• Experience using ArchiCAD and/or RevIT
• Solid understanding of construction techniques and R-Codes, and knockdown rebuild specific planning considerations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
