As a New Homes Designer for the ABN Group, you will be delivering beautiful designs for new homes and contributing to sales targets across all four brands, Homebuyers Centre, Celebration Homes, Dale Alcock Homes and Webb-Brown Neaves.

What You Will Be Working On  

Reporting to the Sales Design Manager, this role is critical as part of the sales process to ensure the design of the home meets the clients brief, budget and compliance in line with the R-codes / local government planning policies to achieve approvals. 

The Designer will have control of the sales sketch process in collaboration with other stakeholders and departments to create a positive customer experience whilst ensuring the design sketches meets both customer and business needs / expectations.

Who Will Be Successful 

• Thrive on creativity and bring innovative thinking to their design approach

• Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients

• Ensure a positive customer journey in bringing their new home to life

• Demonstrate strong time management and adaptability to varying workloads and priorities

• Comprehensive knowledge of Residential R-Codes, NCC, and local government regulations and policies

• Proficient in ArchiCAD and Microsoft Office suite

• Twinmotion rendering experience is desirable but not essential

• Proven ability to produce compliant and high-quality residential designs
