The Role
This is a rare opportunity for a passionate and proven customer advocate to elevate our preconstruction customer experience, build and lead a high performing team, optimise processes, and drive strong business outcomes.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our customer’s experience the Preconstruction stage of their building journey for our Dale Alcock Homes and Webb and Brown-Neaves customers building on brownfield sites, how our teams operate day to day, and how effectively we move jobs to site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Elevate customer experience standards to an exceptional level
- Empower the teams to think creatively, act decisively, go beyond expectations, and deliver a genuinely outstanding preconstruction journey
- Review and evaluate procedures to drive homes to start in efficient timeframes with a positive experience
- Maintain a strong, ongoing focus on continuous improvement
- Support the Preconstruction Manager build a new team providing ongoing guidance, training and development to ensure customer experience standards are met
- Manage, track and report on team KPIs to drive performance and accountability
- Effectively role out new procedures, facilitate weekly meetings and collaborate with relevant stakeholders
- Promote NPS and consider customer journey in all aspects of decision making
