The Role

As the Customer Experience Coordinator - Preconstruction, you will work closely with various departments across the business, driving the achievement of exceptional customer service results with a high standard of customer care.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all customer enquiries and ensure timely communication with the commitment of achieving an effective resolution for all parties
  • Facilitate fortnightly job tracking and provide accurate, regular customer progress updates
  • Effective and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Prepare contractual documentation
  • Prepare, submit, receipt and process a suite of different Approvals for new homes
  • Ensure jobs progress efficiently through the Preconstruction phase and remain on track for projected site starts
  • Active contribution in team, department and business meetings
  • Monitor finance approvals and land settlements in liaison with the finance brokers and settlement agents, to ensure they are processed accurately and in a timely manner

About You

To be successful in this role, the following qualities and experiences are essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in similar customer service/coordinator role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of residential building processes and the ability to read and understand building plans is desirable 
  • Well-developed conflict management and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and great attention to detail
  • Strong administrative skills and experienced in the Microsoft suite of products
  • Flexible approach to multi-tasking
