About the Role – Preconstruction Coordinator (Greenfields Team)

Step into a fast-paced, customer-centric role where you’ll manage the journey from sales acceptance to construction start. As part of our Greenfields team—responsible for 65% of preconstruction projects in Victoria—you’ll be the key link between our customers and their dream home.

Your Impact

• Manage a portfolio of Homebuyers Centre or Boutique Homes customers
• Prepare and deliver contracts within agreed timeframes
• Coordinate workflows and proactively drive progress
• Communicate clearly to align expectations and timelines
• Solve challenges with professionalism and positivity

What You Bring

• A passion for helping people achieve home ownership
• Experience in customer experience roles, ideally within the residential construction industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and find practical solutions
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• A collaborative mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude
