In our knockdown rebuild team, you will manage your own portfolio and guide customers through every step of their pre construction journey, creating a smooth and positive experience from sales acceptance through to site start.
What you'll be doing
You’ll own the pre construction journey for your customers, guiding them from sales acceptance through to site start. Acting as their key point of contact, you’ll bring together people, process and communication to deliver a smooth, confident and positive experience at every step.
You will:
- Own and manage a portfolio of Knockdown Rebuild projects
- Be the trusted point of contact throughout pre construction
- Keep jobs progressing and key milestones on track
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and stakeholders
- Proactively solve problems and remove roadblocks early
What you'll bring
You bring experience in residential construction, ideally within a volume building environment, and understand what it takes to move jobs efficiently from sales through to site start. You’re organised, solutions focused and confident working across multiple stakeholders while delivering a great customer experience.
You have:
- Experience in residential construction(volume building highly regarded)
- Strong customer experience mindset and communication skills
- An ability to build trust and manage relationships with ease
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Resilient, proactive and solutions focused
