The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate construction contracts for our custom, premium builds and supporting key departments across the business. You’ll be provided an opportunity to work on some of our most exciting projects!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare accurate construction contracts in line with deadlines
• Reach individual and team targets (weekly and monthly)
• Liaise with Sales and other departments to resolve queries
• Process costing requests and site cost adjustments
• Review and proof all work for accuracy
• Maintain accurate base model costings
• Interpret contracts, plans, codes, and regulations with precision

What You’ll Bring

• Estimating or scheduling experience in residential construction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Solid knowledge of building codes, standards, and processes
• Confident using industry software (model maintenance, call forwards, CBS, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Resilient, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
