What You’ll Do
As a Customer Experience Coordinator in our Knockdown Rebuild Team, you’ll manage the preconstruction journey for customers undertaking one of the most complex homebuilding projects—demolishing and rebuilding on their existing block.
You’ll manage a portfolio of customers and oversee every step of the preconstruction process – the coordination of demolition permits, service disconnections, and council approvals, while managing timelines and documentation to keep everything on track. You’ll liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth progress, all while keeping customers informed and supported every step of the way.
You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the trusted partner who makes building a home exciting, not overwhelming.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in preconstruction project management and strong knowledge of the residential construction process
- Obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Exceptional organisational and documentation skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Resilient, proactive, and skilled at building positive relationships
