The Role
You’ll be part of a team that helps customers turn their dream home into reality. This role focuses on Knockdown Rebuild customers, guiding them through the pre-construction journey – from sales acceptance to construction start.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Delivering top-notch customer service during pre-construction
- Making sure contracts hit deadlines
- Meeting KPIs and site start budgets
- Keeping projects moving through key milestones
- Communicating with stakeholders to keep everything on track
