The Role

The Customer Experience Associate provides essential administrative support to the Customer Experience and Workflow teams, enabling our Customer Experience Coordinators to focus on delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience throughout a customer’s Preconstruction journey.

This role supports Customer Experience and Workflow Coordinators, Team Leaders and the Customer Experience Manager by ensuring administrative tasks are progressed accurately, efficiently and within agreed business timeframes, contributing to the achievement of starts targets, underpinning an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support to Customer Experience (CX) and Workflow (WF) teams across the Preconstruction lifecycle.
  • Manage preconstruction variations and documentation, including preparation, processing, issuing via DocuSign, system updates and follow-on workflow actions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, addendums and internal systems to reflect approved selections, variations and client changes.
  • Compile, process and manage contract documentation packs, ensuring all signed documents are correctly recorded and stored.
  • Support Ready to Start preparation, reporting and monthly job start targets through accurate tracking and administration.
  • Provide CX and Workflow coverage during leave or peak periods, including inbox management, customer communication and call handling.
  • Monitor and manage shared Preconstruction inboxes and customer file notes in line with agreed service timeframes.
  • Support customer feedback and continuous improvement initiatives, including coordination of NPS surveys.
  • Contribute to team collaboration, process improvement and a positive team culture through active participation in meetings, training and engagement activities
