What’s on offer?

As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the key link between our customers and the business, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other methods of contact. You’ll support Site Managers to ensure an outstanding customer experience, with plenty of opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

What can you bring?

We’re looking for candidates from retail Assistant Management or similar backgrounds who have strong customer service skills and leadership experience. Your ability to stay organised under pressure and keep the team motivated will help you excel in this role.

You will also bring:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with strong communication and listening skills
  • Problem-solving abilities, handling objections and negotiations with ease
  • A proactive attitude to meet KPIs and contribute to team success
  • Attention to detail to ensure all customer notes and documentation are accurate
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally retail, with residential building or contact centre experience a bonus.
