What You’ll Do

As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll play an integral role in supporting our customers through the prebuild phase of their home journey.

Based in our Customer Hub, you’ll handle customer enquiries and proactively support their journey through calls and emails, ensuring accurate records and seamless communication. You will also collaborate with stakeholders and provide administrative support to keep everything running smoothly.

No experience in building or construction? No problem! What matters most is your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you’ve honed your skills in retail, hospitality, events, or any role where people come first, you already have what it takes to shine here.

We’ll provide all the training and development you need to thrive, plus a clear pathway for growth into exciting future roles.
