What’s On Offer

As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers through the prebuild phase of their home journey. You’ll provide administrative and customer service support, making proactive outbound calls and responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email.

This role is based in our Customer Hub, working as part of a proactive and supportive team. You’ll receive training, development, and a clear pathway to grow into a Coordinator role and beyond.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
  • Make proactive outbound calls to support the customer journey
  • Update and maintain customer file notes accurately
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements
  • Provide administrative support to Customer Experience Coordinators
