What’s On Offer
We’re looking for a Construction Assistant Team Leader to join our Building team in Victoria. This leadership role is responsible for managing the Construction Assistant team and providing proactive administrative and operational support to the Building Management Team. You will ensure efficient workflow across the Building department and deliver best‑in‑class service to internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Leadership
- Ensure accurate recording of information in internal systems.
- Manage the transition of files through required building processes.
- Manage performance of team members, including performance reviews and development.
Administration
- Prepare and issue minutes for Team meetings.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reporting and metrics.
- Manage onsite certification documentation.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Support the development, implementation and review of departmental processes and procedures.
- Review and update systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accountability.
