The Role

Our Concierge team members are warm, engaging and able to easily build rapport with visitors to ensure they have an exceptional experience. A customer-centric, hospitality-driven nature, exceptional communication skills and commitment to guest experience are essential to the success of this role.

Applicants with previous experience working in a consumer-facing organisation with a strong service orientation and culture will be well-suited to this role.

The successful applicant must be available to work on Wednesday evenings and weekends on rotation. 

Key Duties

  • Greet all clients and visitors to the showroom and office
  • Provide a high level of customer service and hospitality at all times
  • Connect clients effectively with the most appropriate contact within the building
  • Ensure the showroom is maintained and presented to an exceptional standard
  • Establish strong working relationships with ABN Group staff across all business units

About You

 Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Previous experience in delivering a high level of customer service (retail, hotel, airline or hospitality experience would be highly regarded)
  • Natural ability to engage a wide range of people and form genuine rapport and meaningful relationships
  • Experience with Visitor Management Systems would be highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication, time management and organisation skills
  • Be open to feedback, personal growth and development
  • A genuine desire and willingness to provide awesome customer experiences
  • Immaculate, professional personal presentation
  • Strong alignment to ABN Group’s values – Authentic, Passion, Leadership, Excellent, Relentless and Fun
