What You'll Do

As a Client Liaison- Construction, you'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout the construction stage of their building journey, from Ready to Start (RTS) through to handover and beyond. You'll play an essential role in creating a positive customer experience by providing proactive communication, building trust, and ensuring jobs progress smoothly to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and responding to all client queries with empathy, professionalism and timely follow-up
  • Providing regular job tracking and proactive updates to clients on progress of their build
  • Liaising with Site Managers, trades and suppliers throughout the construction phase to resolve issues and maintain momentum
  • Managing timeframes right through to completion, including coordinating key handover meetings with clients
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, documentation and file notes to support transparency, compliance and reporting
  • Monitoring progress against timelines and proactively identifying and escalating risks, delays or customer concerns
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to show empathy
  • Strong organisational, time management and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Confidence working across multiple systems and maintaining accurate records
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and customer-first mindset
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal stakeholders including Construction, Site Management and Operations to achieve shared goals

Experience within residential construction or building-related industries will be highly regarded but is not essential - we can teach and guide you through this.
