What's on offer? 

Our Building Estimating department plays a pivotal part in our overall business success. They produce quality, accurate and consistent purchase orders with minimal margin erosion. As the Team Leader you will drive ETO reduction across the business by working with department leaders to identify root causes and remove the erosion.  

You will be responsible for daily operations, best practice delivery, management and workflow of the Building Estimating Team and will play a key role in enhancing and protecting margins, by providing guidance, training, support and development. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Ensure jobs are scheduled accurately 
  • Review and implement quality assurance processes 
  • Ensure quarterly budgets are met, and workflow bins are at an optimal level 
  • Lead root cause initiatives to enhance and protect our margins 
  • Manage team member KPI’s and performance discussions 
  • Drive positive staff engagement 
  • Develop and implement technical improvements 

 

What can you bring? 

In this role you will use your excellent understanding of Building methodology and your experience in Estimating system management 

Your success will be driven by: 

  • Proven experience in working with and leading a large and diverse team 
  • Rescode and town planning knowledge 
  • Proven stakeholder management, Estimating systems and delivery of cost enhancements 
  • Relevant qualification and/or Building degree
