What’s On Offer?

As a Warranties Site Manager, you will efficiently manage, and complete maintenance and warranty works on completed homes. 

You will be a crucial member of the building team and can expect to collaborate with internal teams and provide excellent customer service to deliver the dream of home ownership. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Maintenance and warranty inspections 
  • Assess and complete identified tasks 
  • Provide information, support and clear direction to all sub-contractors/suppliers 
  • Check work is up to standard 
  • Communicate and address issues promptly when they occur on site 
  • Record job progress, work status and client communication 
  • Provide feedback on warranty concerns or regular issues 


What You’ll Bring

You will have passion and enthusiasm about working in the building industry and keen to take the next step in your career into Site Management. 

You will also have: 

  • Diploma in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification 
  • Ability to interpret Architectural / Engineering drawings, reports and specifications 
  • IT Savvy, having used Microsoft suite and other programs 
  • The ability to develop meaningful working relationships 
  • Relentless when faced with targets and conflicting deadlines
