What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include-

• Building and deploying ad hoc campaigns (newsletters, product releases, activations)
• Design and optimise automated customer journeys (welcome, nurture, re-engagement)
• Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools (Einstein AI, Cloud Pages, Content Blocks)
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and well-structured marketing automation environment
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns with business goals

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have: 

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and personalisation
• Proficiency in HTML / CSS (for Email) & AMPscript
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and juggling multiple priorities
• A strong passion for customer experience and lifecycle marketing, paired with a talent for problem-solving and simplifying complex challenges
