The Role

Be the welcoming voice for our homeowners. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll guide clients through their maintenance journey, keep them informed, and ensure every interaction feels supported and valued.

• Manage incoming client queries with warmth and professionalism

• Acknowledge, action, record and close out service requests

• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in internal systems

• Keep clients updated throughout their service journey

• Collaborate with a supportive, passionate team

• Deliver exceptional communication and customer care

• Build strong rapport and handle challenging conversations confidently

• Experience in direct customer‑facing roles (no building experience required)
