The Role

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Administrator role is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including providing support across the team.

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Send all outstanding task reports to suppliers and subcontractors
  • Receive updates from suppliers, update file notes and refer to team members as required
  • Manage up to date reporting of 12-month service forms
  • Work closely with the office and site-based teams
  • Book and coordinate required works with customers and contractors
  • Provide administrative support for the leadership team
  • Coordinate necessary documentation for back charging
  • Assist team with tasking of booked reports
  • Follow up contact with customers and contractors
  • Support Accounts function with reporting, customer invoicing and ad hoc tasks as required
  • Ad hoc duties to assist the workplace services department

  • Accounts experience desirable (Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable)
  • Excellent time management
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills and experience in the Microsoft suite products
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Willingness to be part of a team
