The Role

We’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance Business Services team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day accounts receivable activities from billing and cash allocation through to collections and reconciliations ensuring accuracy, efficiency and a great customer experience.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and customers, playing a key role in maintaining strong financial controls and supporting cash flow across the Group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices in line with billing schedules
  • Process and allocate incoming payments, ensuring accuracy across accounts
  • Support collections activity, including customer follow-ups and payment tracking
  • Maintain customer master data and ensure data integrity
  • Assist with reconciliations, reporting and audit requirements
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the AR function

About You

You’re someone who takes pride in getting things right the first time and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working with financial systems and Excel
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • A proactive approach and willingness to improve processes
