What’s On Offer?

As our Finance team continues to grow, we’re seeking Accounts Payable professionals at Officer, Specialist and Team Leader level to support our national AP function. The level and scope of the role will align to experience, with D365 experience required for Specialist and Team Leader roles.
 

What you'll do

Depending on your experience and level, your role may focus on end to end accounts payable processing, supplier resolution or people leadership.
 
You can expect to: 
  • Support month end activities, reconciliations and reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Accounts Payable function
  • Provide day to day guidance, coaching or formal leadership
  • Support change initiatives and contribute to system enhancements
  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert within the wider finance team

 

What You’ll Bring

You’ll bring accounts payable experience in a complex or fast paced environment, with a strong focus on accuracy, detail and service.
 
To set you up for success, you will have:
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (for Specialist or Team Leader roles)
  • Confidence working with a large ERP system
  • Solid Excel capability
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Exposure to driving process improvements
  • Experience participating in system upgrades
