We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our end-to-end AP function and play a key role in how the business operates as we continue to grow.
What You Will Be Working On
Reporting to the GM – Business Services, this role goes beyond day-to-day processing. You’ll drive process improvement, strengthen controls, and develop a high-performing AP team in a collaborative and supportive environment.
You’ll have full ownership of Accounts Payable, with a clear mandate to optimise, automate and lead.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance
- Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation across invoices, payments and vendor data
- Maintain strong internal controls, with a focus on GST and regulatory compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end close, reconciliations and audit support
- Act as the escalation point for complex vendor enquiries and disputes
- Coach, mentor and develop the AP team, fostering a positive, high-performing culture

- Proven experience leading an Accounts Payable function in a high-volume environment
- Strong technical knowledge across AP processes, reconciliations and financial reporting
- Experience managing period-end close and audit requirements
- Solid understanding of cash flow, working capital and GST compliance
- Confidence working with ERP systems and automation solutions
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with great attention to detail
