        What You Will Be Working On 

        Reporting to the GM – Business Services, you will lead the end-to-end AP function ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance across AP activities.

        Key responsibilities include: 

        • Optimise end-to-end AP processes across invoices, payments, reconciliations and vendor data
        • Drive process improvement initiatives, automation and strong internal controls
        • Maintain robust internal controls, ensuring GST and regulatory compliance
        • Lead month-end and year-end AP activities, including reconciliations and audit support
        • Act as the escalation point for complex vendor enquiries and disputes
        • Foster a positive and fun culture of excellence through coaching, mentoring and development

        What Type of Person Will Be Successful 

        You are an experienced AP Leader with a strong financial background, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record in optimising AP processes through standardisation and automation.

        Other skills and experiences:

        • Demonstrated experience leading an Accounts Payable function in a high-volume environment
        • Strong understanding of AP processes, reconciliations and financial reporting
        • Experience managing period-end close processes and audit requirements
        • Solid knowledge of cash flow management, working capital and GST compliance
        • Confident working with ERP systems and implementing automation solutions
        • Strong stakeholder and vendor relationship management skills
        • Proactive, improvement-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
