What You Will Be Working On

As a valued member of our team, you’ll be responsible for key tasks that support the success of our land development business. Your role is integral to ensuring a seamless and compliant sales process, with responsibilities including:

  • Preparing contracts of sale for the release of new land to market and managing electronic contract records
  • Processing contracts through Salesforce Property Base, coordinating execution and distribution
  • Liaising with key stakeholders including buyers, settlement agents, builders, and brokers
  • Coordinating the full contract lifecycle - deposits, extensions, finance approvals, cancellations, and settlements
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance

 

Who Will Be Successful

You’ll bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Your background in property or real estate will support your understanding of contract administration and stakeholder management.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in property and real estate working with legal documentation (e.g., contracts of sale); experience in the building industry will also be well regarded
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent administrative and clerical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail
  • A customer-first attitude with a commitment to quality service delivery
