The Role

As a D365 F&O Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform to support business growth and performance. In this role, you will:

  • Develop, configure, and customize Microsoft D365 F&O solutions aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct fit-gap analyses and design scalable, effective solutions
  • Integrate D365 F&O with other systems using Azure services and APIs
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, and ongoing troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of D365 F&O applications
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and adherence to coding best practices
  • Support system updates and provide after-hours assistance when required

You

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional with a solid foundation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. You’ll bring:

  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent, with 3+ years’ experience in D365 F&O
  • Proficiency in .NET, SQL, C#, X++, and Azure services (e.g. Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
  • Deep understanding of D365 F&O modules like Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail
  • Experience in customizing entities, workflows, plugins, and process flows
  • Demonstrated capability in system integration and data migration using APIs and middleware
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team
