The Role

As the Customer Experience Coordinator - Preconstruction, you will be the main point of contact for customers within the Preconstruction phase of their journey. You will work closely with various departments across the business and provide an exceptional level of customer care, driving the achievement of exceptional customer experience results.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Building great relationships with your customers, managing any enquiries and ensuring timely responses;
  • Providing regular, accurate preconstruction progress updates to your customers;
  • Managing workflow and tasks to ensure our customers' homes progress through the preconstruction phase efficiently;
  • Working closely with a team of New Homes Consultants and facilitating fortnightly job tracking;
  • Effective and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong working relationships;
  • Preparation of contractual documentation and scheduling of appointments;
  • Active contribution in team, department and business meetings.

You

To be successful in this role, the following qualities and experiences are essential:

  • Ability to build great relationships quickly with a diverse customer base;
  • Experience in a similar role with knowledge and understanding of residential building processes and the ability to read and understand building plans;
  • Well-developed problem solving skills;
  • Excellent time management, organisational skills, and great attention to detail;
  • Strong PC skills, experienced in the Microsoft suite of products;
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
