What's on offer? 

Prepare and create Sales Estimates, Post Contract Variations and Fixed Price House & Land Packages. Ensure sales estimates meet building codes, energy efficiency requirements, developer guidelines and local authority requirements. 

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities of the role, include: 

• Identify solutions to achieve customer’s design requests 
• Develop and maintain accurate calculation of site costs 
• Ensure margins meet company benchmarks 
• Provide quality, accurate, consistent and complete quotations and costings 
• Assess new sales for compliance with company standards and policies 
• Provide advice and clarification to stakeholders 

What can you bring? 

You will be passionate about furthering your career in the Residential Building industry and will have a proven ability in a similar Estimating position. 

Your resume will display: 

• Previous sales estimating experience 
• Tertiary building and construction qualifications 
• A proven ability in reading and interpreting architectural working drawings, engineering, soil reports and specifications 
• An excellent understanding of residential construction methods
