What's on offer? 

You will be responsible for completing take offs accurately and within budgeted timelines to ensure a cost-effective and efficient build process. 

Your role will involve creating an accurate bill of quantity (BOQ) and a set of purchase orders for each job to accurately forecast the cost of each build. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Ensure working drawings, specifications, contracts and variations are aligned 
• Detailed margin analysis 
• Resolve ordering oversights 
• Assist the construction team with site related requests 
• Identify extra to order trends 

What can you bring? 

You will be passionate about furthering your career in the Building industry and will have a proven ability in undertaking a similar role with a volume builder. 

Your resume will display: 

• Previous production estimating experience 
• Tertiary building and construction qualifications 
• A proven ability in reading and interpreting architectural working drawings, engineering, soil reports and specifications 
• An excellent understanding of residential construction methods 
• Relentless when faced with challenges
