We're inviting expressions of interest from individuals eager to join our 6-month Cadet Site Manager Program. This structured and proven program offers hands-on learning, real-site exposure, and dedicated support as you work towards progressing into a Site Manager role.

What to expect:

As a Cadet Site Manager, you’ll gain end-to-end exposure to our construction operations while learning from experienced leaders. You’ll:

• Receive guided training across Stage 1 and Stage 2 builds, Warranties, Operations and Medium Density projects

• Ride along with Regional Construction Managers and Senior Site Managers

• Learn how to run site meetings, manage progress reports, and work to high construction standards

• Support safety and quality control practices, identify efficiencies, and maintain strong relationships with trades and suppliers

Once the program is complete and a Site Manager vacancy becomes available, you’ll be ready to step confidently into the role.

You’ll bring:

• A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to learn

• A passion for construction and a long-term mindset

• Tech savviness with tools like Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and listening skills

• The ability to build trusted relationships on site and within the team
