What you'll do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from briefing, and screening to interviews and reference checks
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and deliver strategic sourcing plans
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates
  • Work proactively to build and manage talent pools
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and early career pipeline development

What you'll bring:

  • Curious, always looking for better ways to attract and retain top talent
  • Proactive, able to anticipate hiring needs and act with urgency
  • A multi-tasker, comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities at once
  • Strategic, able to see the bigger picture when it comes to recruitment and talent planning
  • Sharp in judgement, ensuring the right talent is identified and hired
  • Quick to learn, with a proven ability to pick up new systems and processes efficiently
  • A team player who is willing to support across the entire people function
