What’s On Offer
As Electrical, Heating & Cooling Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of 11 Lifestyle Consultants based across Docklands and Geelong, including two Senior Consultants who play a key role in supporting capability uplift across the team.
With a number of consultants new to role, this position is ideal for a strong, hands‑on people leader who enjoys coaching, building confidence and creating structure within a growing team. You’ll work closely with the Senior Consultants to embed consistent ways of working, lift performance and shape a best‑in‑class selections experience.
This is a genuine opportunity to make the role your own and have a meaningful impact on how Boutique Homes customers experience their electrical, heating, cooling, solar and skylight selections.
The role can be based either at our Docklands Head Office or split 50/50 between Docklands and our Geelong Showroom. If based in Docklands, regular travel to Geelong will be required, along with occasional travel to other Victorian locations.
What You’ll Do

Lead, coach and develop a team of Electrical Consultants, partnering with Senior Consultants to uplift capability and performance
- Set clear expectations around quality, accuracy and timeliness of customer outcomes

Provide supportive, visible leadership for a geographically split team
- Manage escalations and resolve complex customer or stakeholder issues
- Use reporting and insights to drive consistency and continuous improvement
- Step into customer appointments when required to support the team and business
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience leading or developing a team, ideally within a technical or customer‑facing environment
- Confidence supporting and uplifting team members with varying levels of experience
- A leadership style that balances structure, empathy and accountability
- Strong electrical or building services knowledge, with the ability to translate technical information into customer‑friendly advice
