What’s On Offer
As a Showroom Team Manager, you’ll be part of our Showroom team, leading a group of Lifestyle (Electrical) Designers who deliver a personalised selections experience for our customers.
You’ll combine your specialist design knowledge with people leadership skills to coach, mentor and manage the team, ensuring customers receive accurate, high‑quality and timely selections across Electrical, Heating & Cooling, Solar and Skylights.
The role is predominantly based at our Docklands Head Office, with one day per fortnight in our Geelong Showroom, and occasional travel to other Victorian locations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Lifestyle Designers
- Monitor team performance and ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness of customer interactions
- Provide mentoring, training and ongoing development support
- Manage escalations and resolve customer or stakeholder concerns
- Prepare and review business reporting to support operational outcomes
- Attend and support customer appointments when required by the business
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Interior Design, Electrical Consulting, Joinery Design or a related discipline
- Demonstrated people leadership or team mentoring experience
- A passion for lifestyle design trends and customer experience
- Strong ability to translate technical information into clear, customer‑friendly solutions
- A proven track record of delivering high‑quality customer outcomes
