We are transforming the way we design and deliver homes, with Revit at the centre of our digital construction strategy.

As part of a major Construction Management Transformation, we are building a modern, scalable and automation-ready Revit platform that will enable us to deliver more homes, more consistently, and at a higher quality for our clients.

We are seeking a Senior Revit Systems Specialist to play a key role in strengthening and scaling our residential Revit environment. In this role, you will help embed structure, performance and technical excellence into our digital delivery model while influencing how our models, content and systems evolve to support future growth.

This is an opportunity to build a high-performing modelling ecosystem that enables smarter workflows, automation capability and seamless integration across design, estimating and construction.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DRIVING

• Platform Architecture & Performance
• Engineer scalable master templates and shared parameter strategies
• Strengthen master model architecture for high-volume production within Revit
• Embed performance optimisation and model health principles
• Establish technical standards that support sustainable growth
• Content & Asset Excellence
• Develop intelligent, high-quality parametric families
• Standardise metadata, classification and scheduling frameworks
• Build consistency across product ranges and variations
• Create governed content systems designed to scale
• Automation & Data Enablement
• Structure models to support Dynamo and API-driven automation
• Enable structured data outputs for estimating and downstream systems
• Contribute technical insight into emerging automation initiatives
• Support rule-based quality assurance and validation frameworks
• Technical Leadership
• Provide guidance across drafting and design teams
• Contribute to modelling standards and platform documentation
• Help embed best-practice workflows aligned to our transformation roadmap

WHO YOU ARE

You are a true Revit systems specialist - someone who understands not just how to model, but how to design environments that scale. 

You bring:

• Advanced Autodesk Revit expertise (families, templates, shared parameters, optimisation)
• 5+ years operating in structured BIM environments
• Strong understanding of residential model architecture
• Exposure to automation tools such as Dynamo or Revit API
• A systems-thinking mindset and a passion for building robust digital frameworks

Experience in high-volume residential environments will be highly regarded.
