About the Role

We are seeking a Scheduler to join the Concretus team on a permanent, full-time basis at our office in Leederville. Reporting to the General Manager, this role ensures quotations, schedules and project documentation are completed accurately and on time, while supporting compliance, managing variations and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external scheduling providers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling material and labour quantities accurately and efficiently for residential building projects.
  • Help coordinate work with external scheduling providers and support day-to-day workflow requirements.
  • Raise purchase orders and return quotes to ABN building companies.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve queries and support the successful delivery of projects.
  • Process project changes and assist with updating records and reports as required.
  • Maintain job files and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and be part of a team.
  • Previous administration, customer service or construction industry experience is advantageous, but not essential.
