What's on offer? 

Leading our Sales Estimating function, you will work strategically across site compliance and accuracy, sales team support and the delivery of accurate and efficient costings. You'll play a key role in enhancing and protecting our margins by ensuring costs and quotes are accurate and aligned. 

With a people leadership, sales and customer focus you will support best practice cost management by ensuring the sales estimates are compliant and satisfy all building codes, requirements, and guidelines.  

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Develop and implement the Functional Excellence Framework 
  • Review and improve quality assurance processes 
  • Ensure team leaders achieve KPI’s in workflow delivery and timeframes 
  • Harness, develop and engage key stakeholders 
  • Manage and protect margins and site costs 
  • Develop and manage supplier relationships 

 

What can you bring?  

You will bring a wealth of experience in cost management and estimating, along with strong leadership skills to drive best practice in costings, site compliance, and margin protection. Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams will be key in ensuring alignment on pricing strategies. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll identify opportunities to optimise estimating systems and processes, while keeping customer experience and market alignment at the forefront. You are adaptable, resilient, and focused on achieving results, ensuring your team thrives in a fast-paced environment.
