About The Role

Leading the Sales teams at Dale Alcock Homes and Webb & Brown-Neaves, you will support the development and implementation of key strategies to enhance sales performance and create competitive advantage.  

In this position you will be expected to: 

  • Lead and nurture a high-performance team consistently delivers on immediate and long-term sales goals 
  • Develop and maintain strong brand value proposition in collaboration with the Retail team that ensure competitive advantage 
  • Undertake continual analysis of end-to-end sales process and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve conversion  
  • Embed and champion good practices and behaviours, supporting individuals’ professional development 
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns 
  • Adopt a continuous improvement mindset and manage change effectively through confident and clear direction and engagement of stakeholders

  • Demonstrated management experience, leading large teams
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives 
  • Proven competency in developing and maintaining a high-performance sales culture 
  • Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills 
  • Positive leadership approach focused on developing talent and continuous improvement 
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and self-awareness 
  • Previous experience in successfully developing and implementing sales processes and frameworks
