What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for our Victorian Sales Managers and Investment Property Specialists. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps everything running smoothly – from managing diaries and meetings to creating killer presentations and supporting events.

You’ll:

• Organise sales meetings and events 
• Keep our systems updated (Salesforce, CBS – don’t worry, we’ll train you)
• Prepare reports and maintain leaderboards 
• Help onboard new team members and keep the vibe positive
• Support marketing and sales with opening new display homes 

What We’re Looking For

• Detail-oriented & organised – you love ticking things off your list
• Tech-savvy – comfortable with Microsoft Suite and keen to learn Salesforce
• People person – great communicator and team player
• Self-motivated & energetic
