The Role
This role sits at the heart of our Victorian Sales team. You’ll support Sales Managers and New Home Consultants by keeping data, reporting, people and processes running smoothly.
You’ll be comfortable working with Excel, learning Power BI, and producing clear reporting that helps sales leaders understand performance and make decisions. You’ll also manage the rostering and recruitment of our Display Host team, ensuring our display network is always well supported.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards and leaderboards using Excel and Power BI
- Support Sales Managers with insights, presentations and performance reporting
- Coordinate sales meetings, events and team activities
- Manage rostering for the Display Host team
- Support recruitment and onboarding
- Keep sales and people systems updated (Salesforce, CBS – training provided)
- Support new display home openings and sales initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Experience and exposure to sales support, operations, coordination or reporting
- Strong Excel skills and an interest in analytics and reporting
- Organised, reliable and detail‑focused
- Confident communicator who enjoys supporting a busy team
- Proactive and keen to continue building your skills
