About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Administrator to join the Land and Wholesale team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Land and Wholesale Manager and based in our Leederville office, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end administration of house and land sales, coordinating workflows, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from sale through to construction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage sales administration, ensuring deals progress smoothly from sale through to construction.
- Monitor and support job and pre-construction milestones, proactively managing workflows and resolving bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, compliance registers and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, providing updates and coordinating effective communication.
- Support house and land packaging, contract inclusions and marketing collateral to enhance the customer experience.

- Proven administration skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and influence outcomes.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient problem solver who can analyse issues, identify solutions and maintain momentum under pressure.
- Driven to achieve results while maintaining a strong client focus and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Prior experience within the residential building industry is highly regarded but not essential.
