What’s On Offer

As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our homes are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. You’ll be responsible for completing accurate take-offs and creating bills of quantity (BOQs) and purchase orders for each job to forecast build costs. Your work will directly support construction teams and contribute to smooth site operations.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure drawings, specifications, contracts, and variations are aligned
• Complete detailed margin analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Resolve ordering oversights and support site teams with requests
• Identify trends in extra-to-order items and contribute to process improvements

What You’ll Bring

• Previous production estimating experience with a volume builder
• Tertiary qualifications in building and construction
• Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings, engineering, and soil reports
• Excellent understanding of residential construction methods
• Resilience, attention to detail, and a relentless approach to problem-solving
