Your Impact

As the Production Drafting Manager for Greenfields & Medium Density, you will lead a large team of high-performing drafties and set the benchmark for speed, accuracy, and quality.

You’ll drive functional excellence by shaping strategy, optimising systems and processes, and building a high-performing team that consistently delivers outstanding outcomes for both the business and our customers.

From improving drafting workflows and enhancing ArchiCAD master templates, through to refining resource models and QA frameworks, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring delivery targets are met while continuously lifting capability and performance.

You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across sales, operations, and leadership to implement scalable solutions, manage change effectively, and strengthen alignment across multiple drafting segments. At the same time, you’ll foster a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration—developing future leaders and creating an environment where your team can thrive.

Ultimately, your leadership will ensure our drafting function operates at its best—delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes that support an exceptional customer experience.
