What's On Offer?
As a People Business Partner (PBP) for ABN Group in Victoria, you’ll be part of a team of three PBP's who support different parts of the business. In this role, you’ll partner directly with our Operations function and work closely with the General Manager as a trusted member of the Operations Leadership Team.
You'll play a key role in driving both team member and organisational performance by supporting leaders with practical advice and strategic counsel. Backed by strong frameworks, established practices, and a collaborative people team, you'll thrive in a role that spans both day-to-day activity and long-term planning.
This is a true generalist role that offers variety across reporting and analytics, organisation design, ER/IR, change management, and workplace health and wellbeing. You’ll also contribute to group-wide people initiatives focused on wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion, and our EVP.
What You'll Bring
You’re an experienced HR generalist who thrives in fast-paced, high-performing environments. You've developed strong business partnering skills that enable you to confidently support senior leaders, influence outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. You bring a balance of strategic insight and hands-on capability, and you're comfortable moving between operational detail and big-picture thinking.
With a solid foundation in areas like ER/IR, change management, and organisational design, you're also someone who approaches challenges with curiosity, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset. Your energy, adaptability and positive, can-do attitude help lift those around you—and you’re always looking for opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally.
