What to expect:

As a Warranties Site Manager, you’ll manage maintenance and warranty works on completed homes, working closely with internal teams, trades, and suppliers to uphold construction standards and resolve issues quickly. You’ll:

• Conduct maintenance and warranty inspections
• Complete and manage rectification tasks
• Work closely with trades and suppliers to ensure quality and timelines
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Identify trends in recurring issues and support continuous improvement

You’ll bring:

• A positive, solutions-focused mindset
• A Diploma in Building and Construction or equivalent (or working towards)
