What You Will Be Working On

Working within our Operations Team, you’ll take ownership of the commissions process and provide necessary support to franchisees and key business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collate and reconcile commission data from lenders and aggregators
  • Work with ABN Finance to process accurate and prompt commission payments
  • Administer commissions platform and related systems
  • Provide prompt, effective support to franchisees, management and other stakeholders
  • Administer and provide expertise on Salestrekker (Broker CRM) and key systems to franchisees, management and other stakeholders
  • Assist with governing data quality and generating accurate reporting

We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented person who enjoys building repeatable processes and supporting people to feel confident and informed from day one. You’ll manage multiple priorities, deliver excellent customer service, and continuously improve how things are done.

To be successful in this role, the following qualities and experience are essential:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Passion for data and reporting, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effective in a team or independently
  • Experience in financial services / mortgage broking, and franchising will be looked on favourably
  • Knowledge of CRM and commissions payment systems will be looked on favourably
