What You Will Be Working On

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that attract and support new and existing franchise partners with their local area marketing initiatives, and generate home loan leads for the network.

Additionally, as part of the wider ABN Group, you will work with our builder partners when it comes to campaigns centred around the promotion of Resolve and its financial services/products.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Provide marketing resources, training, and guidance to franchisees to support their local marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency
  • Oversee the creation, optimization, and performance tracking of digital campaigns across channels like Google Ads, social media, and email marketing
  • Work closely with designers, writers, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing content (blog posts, social media, newsletters, etc.)
  • Manage key marketing projects and initiatives including company events and franchise professional development days
  • Support our mortgage management business, Bluebay Home Loans, with marketing assistance to help drive home loan volumes
  • Use data insights and performance metrics to optimize campaigns, manage marketing budgets, and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Lead a high-performance marketing team, fostering positive relationships with franchise partners and internal stakeholders, while mentoring and coaching your team for success

Who Will Be Successful

You’re an experienced Marketing Leader who is well versed digital marketing, lead generation and brand management. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders will see you succeed in this role.

You will have also demonstrated the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the mortgage, financial services industry, and franchise business sector
  • Strong proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media management
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with franchisees
  • Analytical expertise to drive data-driven decisions and a change mindset to challenge the status quo
