About the Role

As an Interior Designer based in our Geelong showroom, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, and budget, helping them make confident selections that bring their dream home to life.

This is a full-time role with a rotating roster that includes one Saturday in every three, ensuring we’re available to support our customers when they need us most.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Conduct customer selection appointments
• Assist customers in interpreting house plans, façades, and elevations
• Maintain showroom presentation and styling
• Stay current with product knowledge, materials, and design trends

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about interiors and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have:

• A minimum Diploma of Interior Design
• A keen eye for colour, design, and detail
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience in customer-facing roles
