What You’ll Be Working On

As Design Manager, you’ll lead and deliver design team performance to meet agreed timeframes, quality standards and business objectives. You’ll oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry regulations.

• Manage and mentor the design team to achieve high performance and growth
• Oversee concept development, design documentation and quality standards
• Drive workflow efficiency and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Collaborate with external and internal teams to align design strategies with business goals
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement in design practices

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a hands-on leader who combines technical expertise with strong people and project management skills:

• Proven experience leading residential and/or commercial design teams
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, codes and compliance requirements
• Skilled in interpreting drawings, plans and technical documentation
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate and develop team members
• Innovative mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
