The Role

As our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you’ll partner with business leaders to shape our financial strategy. You'll deliver forecasts, build advanced financial models, and support the budgeting process—all while providing data-driven insights to guide critical business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse market trends and financial data to set and refine business unit KPIs
  • Prepare and review budgets, highlighting variances and ensuring accuracy
  • Support quarterly forecasting and develop financial models to optimise decision-making
  • Assist with capital planning and investment analysis for strategic initiatives
  • Design dashboards and performance reports to provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Govern and maintain FP&A data in financial systems, aligning with reporting requirements

You

You’re an analytical powerhouse with a passion for translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies. With advanced proficiency in tools like Power BI, you thrive in dynamic environments and love collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a large or complex organisation
  • Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling, data analysis, and systems integration
  • Exceptional communication, with the ability to present financial data clearly to leadership
  • A qualification in Finance or Accounting (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
  • A structured, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
