Home Assist is the dedicated service and maintenance division of ABN Group, Australia’s leader in construction, property and finance, combining 40 years of home building expertise and the strength of our Group into a specialist division wholly focussed on this important stage of the new home ownership journey. We pride ourselves on our customer centric approach to the service needs of homebuilders and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the maintenance and warranty period of every home we build.
The Role
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, this role is integral to the day to day operations of the service team. You will work alongside a supportive and encouraging team who are extremely hardworking and passionate to bring our company’s vision and values to life.
You are the face of our business ensuring our clients feel welcomed. As a team you ensure our client’s service journey is the best in the business. Your priority is to keep our clients fully informed throughout their time with Home Assist. You will work closely with your team to ensure their queries are heard, acknowledged, reported, actioned, recorded and closed out in a timely manner, keeping thorough records of all notes and related documentation in our systems.
It is imperative that an exceptional level of communication and customer service is delivered to our clients and stakeholders. You need to love your clients!

We need you to have experience to manage your own work schedule, ensuring targets are met whilst enjoying some flexibility. For this reason, we need you to have up to date skills with technology platforms such as Microsoft Office and Teams and are ready to learn new CRM systems and other platforms we use from time to time.
You don’t need building industry experience, we can teach you what you need to now, but what we do need is a customer service expert with experience in direct customer facing roles. We need a highly developed skill set to take on the day to day challenges and rewards for our customers. If this is you, we would love to hear from you!
