What You Will Be Working On

Supporting three of our Finance General Managers based in WA, this pivotal, fast-paced role is responsible for providing support in the delivery of key strategic focuses and day-to-day operations.

  • Proactive diary and email management to ensure the GMs are organised, time managed and have flexibility
  • Coordinate meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, and minute taking
  • Compile and verify departments weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and provide to other functions to inform on strategy and execution
  • Effective event coordination and delivery of all functions, measuring success through key stakeholder feedback
  • Coordinate communication with various departments, ensuring timely follow up on action items
  • Act as primary point of contact between General Managers and internal/external stakeholders
  • Provide regular feedback and updates to GM on all reporting areas of the business
  • Organise appropriate events to acknowledge employee of the quarter, social club activities, announcements and relevant services awards

  • Experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role assisting multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
  • Highly developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a wide group of stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Effective problem-solving skills with an ability to influence to achieve better outcomes
  • Practical approach with a drive to improve or exceed goals
  • Familiarity with financial departments and processes is highly desirable
  • A positive, passionate, and self-motivated attitude that fuels your contributions to our team
