What You’ll Do

Working alongside two Finance General Managers based in Victoria, you will provide support in the delivery of key strategic focuses and day-to-day operations including:

  • Proactive diary and email management to ensure the GMs are organised, time managed and have flexibility
  • Coordinate meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, and minute taking
  • Compile and verify departments weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and provide to other functions to inform on strategy and execution
  • Effective coordination and delivery of all functions and events, measuring success through key stakeholder feedback
  • Coordinate communication with various departments, ensuring timely follow up on action items
  • Act as primary point of contact between General Managers and internal/external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for someone who brings their expertise to the table and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess:

  • Experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
  • Highly developed computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a wide group of stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Effective problem-solving skills with an ability to influence to achieve better outcomes
  • Familiarity with financial departments and processes is highly desirable
  • A positive, passionate, and self-motivated attitude that fuels your contributions to our team
