What You’ll Do

Step into a dynamic role where you’ll be the right-hand support to two Finance General Managers in Victoria. You’ll keep things running smoothly by:

  • Mastering diary and email management to ensure the GMs are organised, efficient, and have the flexibility to focus on key priorities.

  • Coordinating meetings with precision—handling agendas, presentations, and capturing key decisions with effective minute-taking.

  • Owning the department’s reporting, ensuring weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights drive strategic decision-making.

  • Planning and executing functions and events, measuring success through stakeholder feedback.

  • Acting as a crucial link between departments, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups on action items.

  • Being the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the GMs with professionalism and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in an Executive or Personal Assistant role.

  • An exceptional eye for detail, strong time management, and impeccable organisational skills.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to navigate multiple digital tools with ease.

  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and business functions.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to influence outcomes for the best results.

  • Familiarity with finance-related processes (a plus, but not essential).

  • A positive, passionate, and self-motivated approach—driven to add value and make an impact.

This is your chance to be at the centre of strategic decision-making while working alongside inspiring leaders. Ready to make your mark?
